I am a Software Engineer and have solid expertise in eLearning LMS development of Plugins, Web Services, Integration, courses (SCORM, Storyline), Theme, custom reporting, Payment APIs and LMS management and administration since 2011.

I am an IT graduate and eLearning System Expert with solid 10 years of experience in Australia, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. I designed and managed end-to-end advanced enterprise eLearning multi-tenancy LMS for reputed universities, colleges and multi-cultured companies. My specialties are gamification, instructional designing, pilgrims control, integration of MFA (Multiple factor authentication), safe-secure-exam, f2f streaming, inline; hyper eLearning, pedagogical learning and interactive quiz development.

IN AUSTRALIA, (1) as a PHP developer programmer (2020) (Moodle, Totara, Full-stack), LMS theme development/branding, core Moodle/Totara bug fixing, agile development, security upgrade, multinational team, and served high-profile clients (Navitas, Latrobe, Monash, Victorian Police and Kmart etcetera.), while working at the Catalyst IT, Sydney. (2) as an LMS administrator | Course developer | eLearning content developer served for 3 RTOs during Cov19 pandemic WFH. (3) as a Sr. Moodle developer | System Administrator and Staff trainer, developed Moodle multi-tenancy eLearning projects for Saudi education service providers. (4) as a Sr. Moodle | content developer | LMS coordinator | assistant served 4 RTOs(4 Civil and fitness colleges) WFH 2012-2016. Overall, I have 5 years of similar experience with Australian employers.

IN SAUDI ARABIA, as Moodle LMS developer(2019), I have developed complex modules (1) Tawasul system (Single Sign-in to access 26+ schools systems and discuss subject-wise progress reports with the respective teacher for their children from different schools), (2) Bulk parent and children/student creation plugin, (3) Advance Moodle grade book plugin under the Education Department, Royal Commission Jubail.

IN PAKISTAN, as a Sr. Moodle LMS developer/AWS System administrator | storyline SCORM developer | LMS coordinator | assistant (2011-18), I have outstanding unique achievements, (1) Moodle bulk course creation module: I designed Moodle JSON web services to collect bulk courses data from Python/Django system and create selective bulk Moodle courses with error system, (2) Paktaleem S3 plugin for files upload to AWS S3, alternate of Moodledata files, (3) Student attendance and course activities progress tracking module development, (4) Course activities progress plugin with 16 filters report(5) 100+ SCORM, Storyline, iSgpring, instructional design, multi-Lang and scientific courses learning plans for Intl. colleges/universities (800+ course development/instructional designer). (6) 80+ synchronous/asynchronous VLE/LMS (Moodle, Totara and WPLMS), practised analytically, logic and problem–solving skills under PakTaleem (eLearning consultancy, development and cloud/WHM/Cpanel hosting service provider) since 2006.
